I've started a tribe to discuss everything concerning what many of us now perform. It's what I call World Tribe Fusion Dance.
This week we are highlighting Rachel and the Indigo - tell your friends and join our tribe now.
WTFD - It's what our dance truly is now: World cultured - not just "american"; Tribal, because we make our tribes what they are; Fusion - because NO dance form is 'pure"; and Dance - because we use more than just our bellies!
I've uploaded some pics of the women who took this dance beyond just its bellydance origins and added to the canon of this dance - inspired by, and performed by cultures the world over.
